For repeat viewers you may have noticed that I have renamed my blog (formerly RobMac's Brainfarts), I have done this because the only real new stuff that makes it on here revolves around my health, so I thought the new name apropos. It's not a happy place, but it's where I will be honest about the medical crap going on in my Life.

I have had Crohn's Disease (a gastro-intestinal disorder) since 1996 and I now have a permanent Ileostomy as a result of having my bowels removed in December 2000. I have had 5 hernia surgeries, had my gall bladder removed and I am fighting chronic kidney stones (about every 3 weeks). In June 2005 I fell and tore the Rotator Cuff in my right shoulder, I had surgery to repair it September 22, 2005. I am on Permanent Disability from the Railroad (Amtrak).
